Terms & Conditions
At Open Commensality Advisory Partnership, we recognize the importance of creating T&C that align with your business activities.

1. Terms & Conditions for all Training, & Auditing.

The provider will deliver training and/or auditing services focused on Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs) in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty.

Services may include workshops, consultancy, document reviews, stakeholder engagement, and post-training support.

2. Training Delivery

Training will be delivered either in-person or online, as agreed.

Materials provided are for educational purposes only and must not be reproduced without written consent.

Delegates are expected to participate actively and complete any pre-course or post-course activities.

3. Auditing Services
-
Audits will be conducted using recognised frameworks and methodologies aligned with legal and ethical standards.

Findings will be presented in a written report, including recommendations for improvement.

The client is responsible for implementing any recommended actions at their discretion.

4. Fees & Payment
-
Fees are agreed upon in advance and invoiced accordingly.

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.

Complementary buffet and snacks is a discount offer for face to face and online training for paid delegates booked onto the same training course.

The client will normally be expected to provide the buffet or snacks unless unless agree otherwise by Open Commensality, they will receive a 10% discount when eligible for the complimentary offer. This complimentary offer will be reflected as a discount on the final invoice, equivalent to the full course fee of all delegates.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date incur no charge.

Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

6. Confidentiality

All client data and internal documents reviewed during audits or training will be treated as confidential.

Reports and findings will not be shared externally without client consent.

The provider accepts no liability for decisions made or actions taken based on training or audit outcomes.

8. Accessibility & Inclusion

The provider will make reasonable adjustments to ensure training and auditing services are accessible to all participants.

Clients are encouraged to notify the provider of any specific access needs in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All training materials, templates, and resources remain the intellectual property of the provider unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use materials internally but may not distribute or modify them without permission.

10. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
